About Sebastián

Sebastián Plah is a Colombian Spanish jewelry designer and the Founder and Creative Director of PLAH. Born in Barranquilla and based in Milan, his work brings together the expressive energy of his Caribbean origins with the precision and refinement of Italian craftsmanship.

Trained in Jewelry Design at IED Milano, Sebastián developed a distinctive visual language centered on color, movement and unconventional precious materials. His creations explore anodized titanium alongside 18 karat gold, natural diamonds and gemstones, transforming technically complex materials into pieces that feel fluid, vibrant and instinctive.

Movement is a constant throughout his creative universe. Drawing from rhythm, nature and the emotional intensity of color, Sebastián approaches jewelry as a form of expression, creating pieces designed not simply to adorn the body, but to interact with it.

Since founding PLAH, Sebastián has received international recognition for his distinctive approach to contemporary fine jewelry, with honors from Vicenzaoro and Digital Jewelry Week, a selection among GemGenève’s Emerging Talents, and the creation of the Miss Universe Colombia crown.

Through PLAH, Sebastián continues to develop a world where color becomes precious, movement becomes form, and traditional notions of fine jewelry are reimagined through a distinctly personal perspective.
